Introducing Our New Online Customer Portal, Based on Clients Feedback

The ordinary supplier is one who takes your payment, drops off your linen, and leaves—hardly to be heard from until pick-up time. That kind of impersonal service isn’t what we’re about. Our mission is to be nothing short of remarkable. We want to be the kind of company that isn’t represented by your invoice, but by the smiles on the faces of our Customer Advocates as they arrive to stock your linen and-double check your inventory, or by the delight your patients express when they put on one of our Comfort Care gowns for the first time.

As part of our philosophy of taking care of our customers the same way that they take care of their patients, we decided to reassess our Customer Information Center last year, based on client feedback. The Customer Information Center was a way of providing extra 24/7 support to our customers, but according to our customers, the system still needed work. You spoke, and we listened. The result? Our new and improved Customer Portal from ImageFIRST, a 24/7 online portal for simpler linen management. We’ve made the Customer Portal more user-friendly, with an upgraded design and clean, simple navigation. Each staff member who needs to use the portal is granted personalized access to information like invoices, inventory details for your healthcare bed supplies in New Jersey, and certification for compliance documentation.
